A blend of Cabernet Franc (45%), Merlot (33%), and Petit Verdot (22%), grown in Stellenbosch, South Africa. The bunches are destemmed and slightly crushed, and the berries are hand sorted. Fermentation is carried out in open-top vats. The wine is matured in second- and third-use 225-liter French casks for 17 months. Peter’s Vision is produced without the use of animal products.
Notes of fresh red and black plums, garrigue, and pencil shavings, with supple and well-structured tannins and fresh acidity that balances the opulent midpalate.
